I was introduced to this gourmet nut butter by Moms Meet! I participate in activities in the Moms Meet community. I earn points for them, and with the points, I have earned, I used it to receive one full-size 12 ounces (240 grams) nut butter.
My Betsy’s Best gourmet almond butter with cinnamon and chia seeds was delivered to me in a beautiful white box and shredded white stuffing. It also came with two recipe cards inside for cookies, a milkshake, and brownies. Today, I am going to show you the brownie recipe below and pictures. It was super delicious.

I am now in their program to receive discounts on the Betsy’s Best website for more delicious varieties of nut butter.
I had made a purchase of $45 dollars worth of Betsy’s Best Almond Butter, and I received a credit of $5.50. Below you can see how their bean points program card looks like. It is paperless, and their point system works such as 550 beans is worth $5.50.
You do have to use your bean points soon because I just noticed that I had lost .50 cents within a month’s time, and so now it is $5.00 instead.
I wanted to purchase the Betsy’s Best gourmet peanut butter with cinnamon and chia seeds, but it was out of stock the first time I had made a purchase on their website. They also carry a seed butter. I found that interesting, and it is their Betsy’s Best gourmet seed butter with sunflowers and chia seeds, and of course other superb ingredients with health and taste.
I then saw the gourmet cashew butter with cardamom and chia seed and other great ingredients for taste, and also the almond butter with cinnamon and chia seeds, and
I had to purchase them. I already enjoy the Betsy’s Best almond butter with cinnamon and chia seeds mixed with other healthy and excellent tasting ingredients.
The Betsy’s Best gourmet nut and seed butter all have a different gourmet recipe mix inside the nut or seed butter. Every single morning routine, I would add my Betsy’s Best nut or seed butter to my rye bread toast. I would even add it to my ice cream, for example, bake it in many of my baked goods, smoothies, and milkshakes. It is very addictive in a positive way of course.

I am using Betsy’s Best for this recipe found on the card provided by Betsy’s Best for the delicious
“Best Almond Butter Brownies” by Betsy’s Best, which I baked with pictures shown below.
1/3 cup of honey
Two large eggs
Two tablespoons of granulated sugar
Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
One cup of Betsy’s Best Gourmet Almond Butter
Six tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, carob chips, almonds, or and walnuts.
I used chocolate chips in the pictures I show below, and there were times I would use carob chips instead.
Always preheat your oven so that your baked goods are cooked properly when timed and also due temperature.
Preheat at 325 degrees F.
Prepare a square baking dish with parchment paper.
Spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, whip eggs, sugar, honey, and vanilla until blended.
Beat in Betsy’s Best almond butter until well combined and smooth.
Stir in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in chocolate chip chunks.
Spread brownie mixture evenly into prepared pan, which means either use parchment paper cut out to fit your pan like I did, or use some coconut oil, shortening, or butter. I would prefer coconut oil if you would like it a healthier treat.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
This Betsy’s best recipe is a gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and a source of protein and fiber.
