Flow water: The Alkaline Spring Water with benefits for Energy Boost Review

Flow water: The Alkaline Spring Water with benefits for Energy Boost Review

Water has always been a resource that our world is starting to run out of, like how oil is something we need for fueling our lifestyle and life in general, and we are running out of that right now. My family and I always drink a great amount of water throughout the day. It is what keeps us alive, and helps create life.

We enjoy different water companies, and many of the water container companies come from different water sources. I have enjoyed drinking filtered natural mineral and enriched water such as Flow spring water.

Social Nature, a place where you receive free products for the exchange of your review, had sent me a free voucher. Remember I had spoken about Social Nature, and I had talked about two free items I had received such as the  Lightlife Smart Meatless Dogs and Natural Bug Repellent: Stay Away Moths and Other Annoying Bugs in Depth Review.   I had purchased my Flow water at my local supermarket called Jewel Osco in the United States.

How does the Flow water taste like? It supposes to have a silky mouthfeel. I would think the term silky would be because it has a refreshing on the tongue.  You can taste the pureness and difference of the Flow water compared to tap water, or even filtered water. It has a pleasant taste, like what you would think crystal water might taste like.

Where does Flow water come from? It is originally a Canadian brand. It comes from an enriched limestone rock filled with electrolytes, magnesium, and calcium natural spring water located in Ontario, Canada.

How much mineral content does the Flow water contain?

It has a low mineral content. Its mineral content is 353 mg / L 0.112 ppm with a natural fluoride ion.

Does the Flow water give you energy? Since it does contain electrolytes, magnesium, and calcium as the essential minerals for energy, it might have given me some energy when I drank the water. I did feel a little bit more awake when I drank it, but it would of course not act like caffeine, which gives you a high and sudden drop in energy.

Below you could see how excited I am to try this new from Canada full of minerals.

You can also see that water with minerals such as electrolytes, magnesium, and calcium could help give you that glowing healthy skin from within.

The Packaging: 100% recyclable container. It is a bulky tetra pack container. I guess the bulky packaging makes it better to fill up with more liquid, which is a positive for myself.  It comes in a 1 liter or 33.8 fl oz / 1000 ml bottle. The smaller bottle is 500 ml.

The Ingredients: It has natural electrolytes and minerals from being in a limestone. It has magnesium, calcium, and potassium. It is alkaline water with a PH of 8.1.

You can see from the picture below that it is pretty clear 100% Natural Canadian . I made sure to put it in a clear glass so you can see how it looks for yourself.

What is the price for the Flow water? The price for the Flow water was $1.99 for the bigger bottle of 1 liter or 1000 ml / 33.8 fl oz. This is the size of one that you see in the picture.

I would definitely purchase this mineral spring water more often in the future. I did like the cool clean taste on your tongue experience. It was very refreshing for me, especially after a workout and or run.

Do you have a favorite that you like? Have any of you tried Flow before? If you have tried it, what did you think about it? Tell me in the comment area below. Thank you for passing by.
