We are still in our winter season using squash such as pumpkin to make warm yummy and delicious soups. Many times I have talked about healthier food options such as this one here in the past. I was so lucky and glad to have had the opportunity to try this amazing excellent spread by Melt Organic.

I was excited to think of using this Melt Organic spread in a savory roasted pumpkin squash soup while using it to bake the caramelized pumpkin seeds for a distinct taste and decoration for this winter comfort delicious soup I have made for you all. I had received this Melt Organic spread for free from Social Nature in order to experience and review on their website, and I would not post anything on my website or apply to receive products that do not work as they claim.  I had talked about how you receive products for free from Social Nature here. This Melt Organic does work very well.

Benefits of the Melt Organic Spread, Origin, and my Experience:

The Melt Organic spread is made of such wonderful ingredients, such as flaxseed, sunflower, palm fruit, organic virgin coconut oil, clarified ghee butter, and canola. It is gluten-free, trans-fat free, and also soy-free.

I have not only used this Melt Organic spread with this delicious meal, I have used it in many other dishes and of course, use it for a healthier alternative to regular butter, even for a better taste than just coconut oil alone.

The person who had invented this spread invented it for their health issues. The Melt Organic spread is supposed to be a unique mix of organic ingredients in order to make your taste buds happy and flavorful.

It also does an excellent job in cooking and as a spread for your toast or other food as well.

How to use the Melt Organic:

  • You can use it as a spread on toast and other food items, and it tastes amazing and delicious that way.
  • Use it for baking, cooking soups, sautee food, making food golden brown or just light cooking.
  • It has half the saturated fat and fewer calories than butter. Great balance of omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids.

What is the Taste and Consistency of the Melt Organic?

The taste of the Melt Organic is not too strong of a butter taste, and it has the consistency of butter and melts very much like how butter melts or cooks, but it is not butter at all. It spreads like butter as well.

Below I have put together a table with the Nutritional Facts of a Serving Size Per Container or Tablespoon of Melt Spread compared to the regular butter with salt.
