- Skin type: I have normal combination skin that is dry in some parts and oily in others. It works very well with my skin type. It would work with oily or dry skin as well that is not sensitive.
Advice to people with super sensitive skin: Do a small test on your skin before using this product, because even though it is a mild wash, it has glycolic acid, which can make your skin red and peel.
Steps to achieve the very best outcome of the Neostrata Resurface Foaming Glycolic Wash
Step 1: I always clean my face with a regular cleanser before applying the Neostrata resurface foaming glycolic wash.
Step 2: Apply the Neostrata resurface foaming glycolic wash with your hands by pressing the pump.
Apply the foam and leave it on for 15 minutes like I did to have the best benefit of the application.
Make sure you wash off with a wet towel by wiping off the Neostrata resurface glycolic wash film off your face so that you do not get it into your eyes or mouth by splashing water.
Then you will have a smooth baby face after the whole process.
Tip: Do not splash water on your face, always wipe it off with a wet towel while using this Neostrata Glycolic wash.
It is a foam like consistency when applied and pumped out of the container. After leaving it on for 15 minutes it diminishes and turns into a sticky like light serum on your face, which means it is working.
There is no scent to the Neostrata Resurface foaming glycolic wash.
You will feel a slight warm sensation on your skin due to the glycolic wash effect, but it is not something you should be alarmed about. It just lets you know it is working. It forms bubbles around your face.
Caution: Do not use around your eye area, because it has a mild form of glycolic acid.
It comes in a 3.4 oz easy to use a container with a pump.
How long will it last: 3.4 oz container lasted me almost 2 weeks since I used it every day and night.
I would use two and a half pumps for my entire face and a little bit on the front and sides of my neck.
