Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Face Sunscreen Free by Crowdtap Review

I was hoping to become selected to try the full-size new sunscreen from Silk Hydration, which was given out to try for free at Crowdtap. Crowdtap is a place where you could receive free products such as Free Mrs. Meyers Clean Day Body Wash Benefits Review, which I was selected to try for free by Crowdtap. I am always keeping my fingers crossed or praying that I would receive a free item because I enjoy trying new products to explore and share with you all.

I could not wait to share what I have found out about this new lightweight sunscreen through my own experience with my readers. My favorite thing about my Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Face Sunscreen is that it not only protects me from the damaging sun rays with an SPF of 30, but it is weightless. It also would not clog my pores, which is a plus for combination skin like myself or oily skin for others. It is also very good for dry skin.

I also like that it makes my skin glow and look better as well besides feeling better.  I like that it is a 12-hour protection against the damaging sun rays. It also hydrates my skin.

I noticed it has a bit of a light amount of gold shimmer in it. This is excellent for sensitive skin. A friend of mine tried it, and she has sensitive skin, and she was amazed how good it was on her skin.

Other sunscreens always give her bad effects, but this one was very good to her skin. It was excellent for both of our skin types, and our skin did not burn from the sun with it on of course, but some sunscreens do not do a good of a job. This sunscreen was made for your face, which is why it does not bring a huge amount of product in the bottle.

• Oil-free sunscreen for face
• Contains broad spectrum SPF 30
• Won’t clog pores
• Weightless finish
• 12-hour sun protection
• It is not too thick

Skin type: I have normal to combination skin that is dry in some parts and oily in others. It works very well with my skin type. It would work with oily or dry skin as well.
Steps to achieve the very best outcome of the Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Face Sunscreen:

  1. To achieve the best results, you would need to first wash your face of any dirt.
  2. I would also use an acne wipe before if you have combination skin or oily skin.
  3. You then would pump 3 times on your hand. You can pump as many times as you like.
  4. Then once you have smooth in the sunscreen into your facial skin with your hands, then you can apply powdered makeup.

Tip: For makeup application, I would advise not to use foundation or concealer. The powder makeup worked way better with this product.

Tip: Always check the product like sunscreens and do a small patch test just in case you might be allergic to any of the ingredients.
Consistency and appearance:
It has a creamy consistency. When you pump it out, it comes out smoothly. It is not thick like most sunscreens. It has little bits of gold tiny specks in it. I am always curious and is why I can see this. I thought it was tinted at first but is not.

Fast absorption: It absorbs easily into your skin.

Scent: There is a light scent that does not stink. The scent is a very mild scent of a typical sunscreen.

Skin sensation: You will feel your skin receiving hydration. Packaging: It comes in a 1.7 oz easy to use a container with a pump. How long will it last: It comes in a 1.7 oz container. I have been using it for close to a month now, and I still have a little bit left. That means it will last you 4 weeks if you pump the container 3 times in the day to use the product.  Usage: I would use three pumps for my entire face.

Ingredients: Hydrating ribbons of silk protein and shea butter. Avobenzone (2.0%), Oxybenzone (3.0%), Octocrylene (5.0%)

This is how the product looks like pumped on the cap provided.
