I could not wait to test out each one of the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Total Cover makeup collection. The first one I had tested out was the . As you can see in the picture below, I had detailed how to wear the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Total Cover Color Correcting Kit. The Consistency: I did notice that the consistency of the color correcting kit creams and it is a little oily.
Are the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Color Correcting creams stay proof? It seems to stay on my skin well and last long with my L’ORÉAL Infallible Total Cover Foundation and .
Is the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Total Cover Color Correcting Kit blendable? It is blendable, but you would think your whole entire face would have the appearance of a person who is terribly sick or ill due to the green and purple hue tones. However, once you have put on your foundation and the contour kit on, you would not see that horrible color on your face, but a normal appearance with your foundation and contour pigments.
Why should I wear the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Total Cover Color Correcting Kit, can I just skip it? You could skip this step if you like, but it is so much better to have your color correcting pigments on before applying the rest of your makeup to disguise imperfections like dark circles, red patches, and dark spots for example.
Pigmentation of the L’Oreal Total Cover Infallible Color Correcting Kit: It has a pretty good visible pigmentation as you can see in the picture below. I made sure the colors were true to how it looked in person as it does in the picture.
The power each color corrector has to disguise your skin imperfections: Peach or beige color corrector: It disguises dark circles. Yellow color corrector: It combats discolorations. You can put this under your eye area with the Peach and beige color corrector. Green color corrector: It neutralizes redness. You can use the green corrector on your acne and if you suffer from skin conditions like rosacea. Purple color corrector: It brightens skin tones. You can put this color around your eye area and chin for example.

As you can see below, the palette or kit, has instructions for you to follow, just in case you need it:
Is the L’Oreal Infallible Color Corrector Kit great for dark circles? Yes, it is great for covering your dark circles, and at first, you would see a few creases, but then you blend it out with your , and it would look flawless. I did notice that the color correcting kit did bring a small square sponge. I had first used this sponge as an applicator, but it did not work all that well. It did not pick up as much product to bring to my face or soaked up too much of it into the small square black flat sponge. I then had used the L’Oreal Infallible Blend Artist Sponge, and it had worked well at picking up the product and putting it on my face. I also had used my fingers, but of course, it melted the product a little bit, and so I thought the was better to work with as the applicator.
Where to purchase and the price: You can always get your very own .
L’Oreal Infallible Blend Artist Sponge: The next item that I tested out right after the color corrector, of course, was the L’Oreal Infallible Blend Artist Sponge. I was amazed literally at how much this blending sponge would pick up the makeup and blend it flawlessly and easily on your skin. Especially when I was contouring my face, and that is something I like to do for my makeup look.
How does the L’Oreal Paris Blend Artist Infallible feel? It feels pretty gummy when you squeeze it because it is made of latex. It is a little bit different than your usual beauty blender, but it does a great job. There are other affordable or low priced blending sponges that would just make patches all over your face and not blend or pick up the makeup, and even smear it and it would look like a mess. I was so happy this blending sponge by L’Oreal did not do that at all. I was happy that it acted pretty similar to the
to use the L’Oreal Paris Blend Artist Infallible and is it easy to use? Yes, it is easy to use. I like the shape of this makeup blending sponge. I like that the pear-shaped appearance of the is easy to hold with your fingers and your entire hand.
-
I would use this by adding the foundation, contour cream or color correcting cream either on the sponge or on my face.
-
I would bounce in the product into my skin but is up to you if you would like to smear around it, but you would get a better and natural appearance with the bouncing in the product into your skin.
-
I usually do it in the circular motion.
-
You can use a rolling and dabbing motion as well to blend in the product into the skin.
-
Use the pointed tip into the corner areas of your face, such as the corners of your nose, under the eye, and the sides of your lips.
My advice: I would advise you to spray a bit of water with one of those 99 cents store spray bottles and fill it with water. Spray the water on the sponge when using cream makeup like the color corrector and the contour and conceal kit. This way you can work better with the blending effect.
Where to purchase and the price: The price of this item usually retails for the price of $6.97 American Dollars. You can always get your very own
L’oreal Infallible Total Cover Concealer and Contour kit:
The next item I will talk about is the L’oreal Infallible Total Cover Conceal and Contour Kit. I am a conceal and contour kit makeup person. The majority of my makeup looks involve a contour and conceal kit or something along that line to contour my face and conceal tiny or big imperfections on my face. I had to use the L’oreal Infallible Conceal and Contour Kit as you can see below right away. In the picture below I show using the Conceal and Contour kit on top of my foundation.
My tip or advice:
If you apply moisturizer on your face before applying the L’ORÉAL Infallible Total Cover Foundation, it may not give you the best coverage. They are cream concealers after all. I did try a primer that was lightweight, which is called the L’ORÉAL Infallible Total Cover Foundation, which I will talk about in another blog post and you can get your very own L’ORÉAL Infallible Total Cover Foundation This worked perfectly to give you a smooth flawless canvas.
The consistency of the product:
The one thing I did notice about the consistency of the L’ORÉAL Infallible Total Cover Foundation is that these are cream concealers, and they are thicker in consistency.
Where is it best to apply the L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover Concealers?
Since the L’Oreal Infallible concealer and contour palette has a creamy consistency, it means that if you were to apply it under your eyes for dark circles, there will be creases by the end of the day. I tested it out, and there were some creases under my eyes showing for example. It made my under eye area look cakey, some crease, and a bit dry.
I would use this for concealing facial blemishes or dark spots instead.
Is the L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover Concealer has great coverage?
Yes, I have tested out many concealers, and this creamy concealer does last long and conceals pretty well. I did apply it twice on the blemishes because it still needed a bit more coverage for me.
How do I use the L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover Concealer and Contour Kit?
-
I would first warm up the product a little with your clean fingers so that it could be picked up better by your applicator.
-
I would use the darker shade from the concealer and contour kit around my temples.
-
Then I would use the darker shade into a long u shape from under the tip of my nose to the side to side as you can see in the picture. -
I then would use the darker shade where my cheekbones are highlighted underneath. -
The last place I would use the darker shade is under my chin and sides to make a jaw like a look. -
You must blend all this with your with padding or bouncing motion. -
The next shade I would use is the lighter shade next to it in the palette, which has a little bit of a yellow tone to it. This lighter shade would highlight your features for that contoured look.
-
I would then apply the lighter shade in the midway center of my nose all the way to the forehead and also under the eye area as I have done in the picture.
-
You can also highlight your chin in a triangle shape and also the lower side of your face close to your jawline.
-
Make sure to also blend it with your L’Oreal Blend Artist sponge with a padding our bouncing motion for that perfect look.
-
The next two shades next to it are concealers, and you can use these concealers with a concealer brush.
-
Pick up the product with your flat definer concealer brush or a flat brush and dab it onto your imperfections.
-
The color shown would not contour as much. If you want a really visible contour look, then get something a little darker, like an ash brown or taupe color on top of your contour. I had to use the taupe powder on top of the contour shade provided to have a more contour appearance.

The picture below shows the L’Oreal Color Contour palette or kit, and it has instructions for you to follow:
Where can you purchase: You can purchase the L’ORÉAL Infallible Total Cover Foundation
L’oreal Infallible Total Cover 24 Hours Foundation:
Consistency: It is thick and like a mousse consistency. You must work quickly with it because it is a 24-hour foundation that will last, but it could dry fast.
How to fix the L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover 24 Hours Foundation if it looks patchy or and dry on my skin?
My advice or tip: In order not to get that patchy or dry look, I had used my L’Oreal Blend Artist Foundation blender and most importantly, I had wet slightly wet it with regular water in a spray bottle, or better yet, you can use your makeup setting spray on it for a much better makeup staying power.
Below is a picture of me with a semi-blended look of the foundation one part of my skin. You also notice that the other side of my skin has a patch of the foundation that is not blended out yet. You can see it is a pretty thick foundation, but when blended out with your L’Oreal Blend Artist Foundation Blender, it does not feel thick.
How do I use the L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover 24 Hours Foundation? As I had mentioned before, I would use this foundation by working with it quickly on my face.
I then would use my semi-wet L’Oreal Blend Artist Foundation Blender with the foundation on it and dab it quickly onto my skin.
I would always start at the forehead and then work my way around my eye area, and then all over my face, and do not forget your neck.
My Advice: I will always work around my neck to match the foundation to the foundation on my face, this way you would look flawless and natural.
