The changing season throughout the year could be pretty harsh on ourselves, and especially if you live in a place where the winter weather is pretty strong, and you can easily catch a cold. I personally needed something quick and easy to use to get rid of my morning sinus congestions during the cold season. It works very well, and even when I am sleeping at night and have those awful sinus congestions, the Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief spray has helped me get relief right away. I then can have a sleep throughout the night, even though I do suffer from a bit of insomnia like I had mentioned here.   Other sinus nasal sprays congestions for colds have given me side effects and this has not given me any. We all need our sleep, as it is important for our brains to function. You might be thinking, no blah blah Sherlock, but I had to say it (laughing with you).

• Zicam Extreme Congestion Nasal Spray has helped me sleep better from my super sinus congestion nights due to my colds.

• It has helped to avoid my colds with sinus pressure more than other medicines I have tried.

• It saves you more money than other sinus pressure prescribed medicines.

• The Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief Spray is supposed to help with your colds, hay fever, sinusitis, and upper respiratory allergies.

• It did get rid of my sinus pressure and nasal congestion, but I did use it twice a day, or at least once a day.

• The Zicam nasal gel spray does not drip like other nose sprays.

• The Zicam ingredients have stayed longer in my nasal cavity than other gel-congestions prays.

• It does not leave a bad after taste or smell like other nasal sprays could leave.

• It had relieved not only nasal congestion but my runny nose, coughing, and scratchy throat and constant mucus build up.

• It is also non-drowsy, which is excellent for when you have to go to work like I do the next day and need to stay awake and focused.

How to use Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief Spray:

• I literally had many hours of up to close to 12 hours of clear breathing and no sinus pressure.

• I always make sure my nose is clear or clean of debris of any kind by using either a wet tissue to clean around your  nostril area with warm water or clean it with a neti-pot

• First, open and hold the white wings with your thumb and forefinger.

• Pinch the gray grips on cap and twist to open.

• Hold the Zicam Spray bottle with your thumb at the bottom of bottle and nozzle between your fingers.

• Before using the Zicam spray, use the first time prime pump by firmly pushing down several times; I had to do that because it did not come up instantly at first.

• Then, place the Zicam spray nozzle past your nasal opening which is close to 1/ 8. “

• After, pump 2 to 3 times into each of your nostrils, and do not tilt your head in any way.

• Breathe in deeply.

• Tip: Please, don’t use more often than once every 10 to 12 hours. Do not go pass 2 doses in 24 hours.

• Then wipe your nozzle clean with a tissue with alcohol.

Zicam Ingredients: 

The main active ingredient in the Zicam is oxymetazoline  Hcl at 0.05%, which is a nasal decongestant. 

The inactive ingredients are Aloe Barbadensis Gel,  Benzyl Alcohol, Disodium Edta, Benzalkonium Chloride, Glycerin, Disodium Phosphate,   Hydroxylated Lecithin, Monosodium Phosphate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, and of course Purified Water.
