Directions for the Finesse Moisturizing shampoo: * Take a quarter size amount into the palm of our hands and massage it around your head. Start at the front, then the sides, and the back of the head. I always take about 3 or 4 quarter size amounts from the container, because I have long hair past my shoulders and thick hair as well. *The lather is very light for the shampoo. *You will need to rinse with water at least twice or three times if you have thick long hair like I do. Directions for the Finesses
Moisturizing conditioner: * I do the same for conditioner. Take a quarter size amount into the palm of our hands and massage it around your head. Start at the front, then the sides, and the back of the head. Squeeze out about 3 or 4 quarter size amounts from the container, because I have long hair past my shoulders and thick hair as well. * The lather is just about right for the conditioner. It does not make too much lather or too little. *You will need to rinse with water at least twice or three times if you have thick long hair like I do.
I am sure it will work out for you, as it has worked out for me!
